RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, £45-50,000 (DOE) – Excellent opportunity to advance your career with this well-regarded firm, working closely alongside an ambitious and supportive team. JOB REF: 215300664

• Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience as a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer overseeing a caseload of residential property matters.

• This is a fee-earning position focused on handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, as well as re-mortgages.

• The role also provides an opportunity for candidates with commercial property experience to engage in real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, development-related transactions, and lease negotiations and renewals.

• You will support the partners in shaping and advancing business development strategies, with a focus on expanding the property team. This includes building and nurturing a strong network of clients and referrers.

• You must have strong teamwork skills, support colleagues and contribute positively to the team's success, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities to build effective working relationships with clients and contacts.

• Experience working within the Conveyancing Quality Scheme framework and a thorough understanding of the requirements for CQS accreditation are essential.
