This is a confidential opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in both enfranchisement and property (both commercial and residential).
 
The Role
  • Advise both landlords and leaseholders on a broad range of enfranchisement matters, including lease extensions, freehold acquisitions, and collective enfranchisement.
  • Work alongside surveyors, legal professionals, and property experts to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
  • Support residential property transactions where relevant.
  • Be involved in business development, writing thought-leadership content, and contributing to marketing initiatives including seminars and events.
 
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1–4 years’ PQE in enfranchisement law.
  • Strong technical background and proven experience in managing enfranchisement cases from start to finish.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a friendly and professional demeanour.
