CRIMINAL DEFENCE PARALEGAL, 1+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, GREATER MANCHESTER, UP TO £34,000 DOE. An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced paralegal to develop their skills in both defence and prosecution legal matters. JOB REF: 0346

•The appointed paralegal will provide essential support to the firm's solicitors by assisting with the full lifecycle of general criminal defence cases, as well as prosecution work.

•The role offers the opportunity to work on prosecution cases for regulatory bodies and local authorities, with key responsibilities including drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, conducting legal research, preparing court bundles, and attending client meetings and hearings.

•Paralegals with police station accreditation are encouraged to apply. However, prior experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

•An office based role in a supportive team environment, offering excellent career progression opportunities—including the potential to secure a training contract and pursue further legal qualification with support provided for those seeking accreditation.
