OVERVIEW:
•Managing a caseload of military claims both litigated and pre-litigated, as well as overseeing industrial disease claims.
•A minimum of 3 years’ PQE and experience managing intricate and high-value claims against the Ministry of Defence.
•Experience handling fast track/multi-track litigated cases involving Short Tail and Long Tail diseases.
•Strong understanding of litigation, the Civil Procedure Rules, regulations, and legislation concerning military claims.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
