You will assist lawyers across the team in managing their caseloads. In addition, you will provide general administration support to the team. LEGAL ASSISTANT – WIILS/PROBATE/ESTATE PLANNING:
The role will include, setting up new files accurately on instructions from lawyers, including obtaining ID from clients and assisting lawyers with anti-money laundering, know your client and other compliance procedures. Preparing draft correspondence from lawyers. Updating client files in the document management system ensuring that all appropriate documentation is recorded and updated as required. Diary and inbox management and team administration support. You must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A proven team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
