Training Coordinator 

📍 Remote (UK-based)
⏳ 3-month contract (possible extension)

⏰ 38 hours per week (hours may vary weekly)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organised Training Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting people development.

You will be responsible for coordinating training activities across the business, working closely with managers and HR to identify training needs, arrange sessions, and ensure all training records are accurate and up to date. You’ll also play a key role in reporting on training outcomes and supporting continuous improvement in workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training courses and programs across multiple departments.
  • Liaise with managers and HR to assess training needs.
  • Develop training schedules, track attendance, and maintain accurate records.
  • Produce monthly training activity reports for stakeholders.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including training on company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote training opportunities and encourage participation.
  • Manage training materials, resources, and budgets.

About You

  • 4–6 years’ experience in administration/coordination roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required; further qualifications in business administration or coordination desirable.
  • Valid driving licence preferred.
