Production Operative

Location: Kineton, Warwickshire

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Hours: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Our client is a privately owned chemical manufacturer based in Warwickshire, supplying the Film & TV, Aerospace, and Automotive sectors. They offer an exceptionally clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.

 
Key Responsibilities 

• Complete tasks as detailed on job sheett
  
  
• Pick, move, and load pallets of finished products
  
  
• Accurately identify, mix, decant, and label products
  
  
• Conduct quality checks on finished goods
  
  
• Prepare completed products for despatch
  
  
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and equipment
  
  

 Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a production, factory, or warehouse environment essential
  
  
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
  
  
• FLT Reach and Counterbalance licence preferred but not essential (training provided)
  
  
• Good numeracy skills and clear English communication
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  
  
• Own transport required due to location
