Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer 
Loaction: - Coventry CV7
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Friday: 6:45 AM – 11:45 AM

We are looking for a Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer to join one of our established clients in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in precision engineering and CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
• Offline programming essential – OneCNC experience preferred (training can be provided)
• Working primarily on one-off precision components
• Confidently reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Inspecting own work using a range of measuring tools (bore mics, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.)
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Working predominantly with HAAS machines
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Skilled and experienced in CNC milling (programming, setting & operating)
• Proficient with inspection equipment and quality control
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
