Job Description

Contract Administrator
Severn Beach, Bristol
Monday to Friday | 08:30 - 16:30

Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator looking for your next career move? We're on the lookout for a proactive Contract Administrator to join our friendly onsite recruitment team, supporting the delivery of a high-profile sole supply contract with Royal Mail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in a fast-paced recruitment environment, helping us attract, onboard, and support professional drivers across the UK. You'll be at the heart of ensuring compliance, maintaining candidate pipelines, and providing first-class support to both candidates and our client.

Due to the site location, own transport is essential.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the recruitment team with the smooth delivery of the Royal Mail driver contract.
  • Managing candidate applications and keeping recruitment records accurate and up to date.
  • Requesting references, carrying out compliance checks, and processing essential documentation.
  • Assisting with payroll and ad hoc recruitment projects.
  • Scheduling inductions and assessments in line with contract needs.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.
  • Coordinating onboarding so drivers are fully compliant and ready to go.
  • Working closely with the team to balance supply with client demand, especially during busy seasonal peaks.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in administration or recruitment support (transport, logistics, or high-volume recruitment experience would be ideal).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A sharp eye for detail - especially when handling compliance and vetting documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and proactive approach.
What's in it for you:
  • Competitive salary.
  • The chance to work on a high-profile national contract.
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
  • Great performance could open the door to a permanent role.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a team that makes a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
