Pertemps are actively recruiting skilled HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to work day shifts for our client based in the Nottingham area. This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity with immediate starts available!

Pertemps are hiring multiple drivers for our client XPO based in Nottingham and are looking for regular full time HGV Drivers to join the team on a long-term basis. You'll be working for one of the words biggest brands and delivering goods to regional distribution centres across the country. This is a trunking only roll, no handball back on the bay and wait to be tipped!

We are looking for drivers who can commit to regular day shifts and are comfortable with trunking work. We can offer flexible start times from early morning, mid-morning or in the afternoon, it’s your choice!

To be considered, you must have at least 12 months of experience driving a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle. A valid Category C+E licence, Digital Tachograph card, and CPC qualification are all essential. We cannot accept applications from drivers with DR10, CD10, or IN10 endorsements, and you must have no more than 6 points on your licence.

The pay rate for this role is £16.90 per hour (PAYE), or £21.63 per hour (via Umbrella). You will also be paid a monthly bonus of £1:00 per hour at the end of each month. You can choose between weekly or monthly pay, and you’ll be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per year (pro rata for full-time PAYE work). Electronic timesheets make submitting your hours quick and easy.

This position is suitable for experienced HGV Drivers, LGV Drivers, Lorry Drivers, and Truck Drivers, and will be of interest to candidates living in Newark, Nottingham, Grantham, and surrounding areas.
