This 25 strong Engineering Consultancy are seeking to employ an Office Manager on a permanent basis to take a lead role in the management of their Sheffield office.
They work on construction projects across the UK in both the private and public sectors. The role will be broad and varied and involve general admin support (Answering phones, office organisation, managing post, project database management, arranging couriers etc) providing support to accounts department, recording and filing legal documents and preparing all marketing material and preparation of the annual ISO documents. Alongside these general duties you will also be involved with the preparation of technical reports.
To be considered you will be an independent professional with at least 5 years in a similar role (If in engineering or construction industry then that will be of great interest) with excellent communication skills and an ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
