We have a sensitive yet exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer who has ambitions set on business ownership. The role involves establish and develop their own office in the Hampshire area, win business and grow a team with the support of a larger parent company. This person will have the freedom to grow the business as they see fit and will benefit directly with equity shares and profit share. Initially this role will involve developing new business ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and growing a team..

Who are we looking for?

• A talented Structural Engineer with excellent local contacts, someone who is known to Architects, Project Managers and Contractors.
• Someone who is outgoing with an entrepreneurial attitude and happy representing the company at the highest levels
• Must be from a building structures background with good business acumen
• Experience developing new business and nurturing relationships 

 

Responsibilities?

• Growing a high achieving structural team ensuring the smooth delivery of projects
• Developing business for the office
• Maintaining existing relationships
• Taking responsibility for recruitment and growth
• Running team meetings
• Work force planning
• Inputting on critical business decisions
• Managing key accounts
• Attending networking events
• Profit and loss

On offer?

This role offers a salary in the region of £85,000 as well as equity shares and the resulting profit share. As this will be your own enterprise, you will ultimately have the freedom to work the hours that work for you
