• As a Site Manager, the role involves overseeing site personnel, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and construction standards.
• The key focus areas include safety, quality management, and meeting project deadlines while making cost-effective commercial decisions within budget constraints.
• The responsibilities encompass managing both direct and subcontract labor for efficient site operations.
• A strong leader, you’ll be able to identify areas for development within the team and motivate staff to perform at their best, ensuring that all standards and specifications are met.
• Projects in Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence sectors with values ranging from £5-20 million.

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card
• HND/HNC or a Construction related qualification
• Relevant driving licence
