Title Checker Required – Conveyancing Law Firm

I’m currently working with a respected UK-based conveyancing law firm that is looking to add an experienced Title Checker to their team.
If you're detail-oriented, confident reviewing titles, and have a solid background in residential or commercial property law, this could be a great fit.

Role Highlights:

Review and report on title documents (freehold, leasehold, unregistered titles, etc.)
Spot and resolve defects, restrictions, covenants, and easements
Liaise with solicitors, fee earners, and lenders
Ensure compliance with CQS and lender requirements

What they’re looking for:

2+ years’ experience in conveyancing
Strong working knowledge of UK property law
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Title-checking experience is a strong advantage
Experience with leasehold, new build, or shared ownership is a bonus
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
Full-time
