Location: North East England
Salary: Up to £28K DOE

 
The Role:
We are currently seeking a Account Manager to join a leading drinks wholesaler in the North East. In this exciting and dynamic telesales role, you will manage and retain an existing portfolio of customers while actively identifying new sales opportunities to grow your account base. As a Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your customers, handling all queries via phone and email, providing timely solutions, and promoting our extensive range of products, including our exclusive own-brand lines. You’ll also drive business development by cold-calling prospective customers, conducting market research, and supporting sales campaigns to expand your network.

  • Proven experience in telesales, account management, or customer service
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a personable telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities while remaining results-driven
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM or telesales systems (e.g., Trinity) is an advantage
