Temp Sales Order Processor

Location: Redditch (Hybrid Working)
Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract: 4–6 months (Temporary)
Start: Immediate
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Order Processor to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, supporting the sales and operations teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders using SAP.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.

Key Requirements:

• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proven SAP experience in order processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in a hybrid model (office & remote).
