Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Dudley
Salary: £40,000 per year
Shifts: Weekly rotation - 6am-2pm one week, 2pm-10pm the next

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a great team in Dudley. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a range of mechanical and electrical equipment to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on machinery and site equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and safety
• Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with site and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a maintenance engineer or multi-skilled engineering role
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
