Job Title: Receptionist
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 3 weeks)

About the Role:
Pertemps are recruiting for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client in Bournemouth on a temporary basis. This role will primarily involve front-of-house duties, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the wider team.
 

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  
  
• Occasional weekend cover may be required
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and managing check-in/check-out procedures
  
  
• Covering the reception desk and responding promptly to queries or emergencies
  
  
• Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
  
  
• Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support to the team
  
  

About You:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Able to remain calm under pressure and deal with issues efficiently
  
  
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
